Bergamo is a beautiful town in the North of Italy, is not only famous for its stunning medieval architecture and breathtaking views but also for its authentic Italian cuisine. Pasta holds a special place in the hearts of locals and visitors. Here’s a guide for my top five favorite pasta places in Bergamo with photos that will leave your taste buds craving for more.

Situated in the city center, near piazza Pontida, a small cozy restaurant in Neapolitan style. Warning: pasta comes in large portions, in case you prefer smaller meals. An English menu is also available. I had a seafood pasta, which is one of my go-to meals in any Italian Restaurant.
You might need to prebook a table over the phone, as it gets busy during peak times.

Despite the fact that the food is served on paper plates, one of the best parts of dining here is watching the chef make fresh pasta right in front of you. The open kitchen lets you see every step, from dough to delicious dish, and the results are simply mouth watering.
